Assuming you want to use IMAP, it looks like you need to use imap.secureserver.net for your incoming mail server and smtpout.secureserver.net for your outgoing mail server. I then go to the email account page, where on all the tutorials it shows all the in-boxes with the number of messages, mine shows nothing. I don't understand what is happening. It's as if it's showing me that, yes, there is something on the server, but it's not completely downloading them. How do I remedy? Thank you Jeff,
